How to use:
Use pencil to draw desired brow line and to fill-in brows. Use brush end to shape and soften lines.
Tip: After application, dust brows with our Micro-fine Loose Powder, then brush again with an eyebrow brush to "set" color, use our clear brow gel to set brows in place.
